Meet Bill
- I'm proud to help out at my wife's local business, Wild Lemon Pilates. We have (2) locations in East Hill with Reformer and mat classes, 7 days a week.
- Aside from typical teenager restaurant jobs, I forged my skills as a junior manager of a True Value Hardware store, built landscape walls, laid sod, hosted daily at a radio station, played stagehand for major touring acts (think Elton John and Kiss) sold Cutco Knives and more... all by age 17.
- I spent my 20's traveling the country installing audio, video and lighting systems for churches, theatres and large stadiums (think Alabama and Auburn).
- We enjoy putting in the work to improve our surroundings, and just opened a new cafe in East Hill called Good Day, Darling. Come by and check it out! (espresso, smoothies, fresh juice, breakfast & lunch)
- I am a dog dad, uncle of 9 and love spending time with my wife cooking and thinking up new ideas.

I moved to Pensacola in 2001 after a visit that convinced me this was the kind of place worth putting down roots. Having grown up near Chicago, I appreciated the slower pace, the sense of community, and the opportunity to be part of a city that still values local connection.
In 2010, my wife and I opened The Magnolia, a small neighborhood bar and restaurant that became a local fixture over the next eleven years. Running a business like that teaches you a lot about people—what they need, how they make decisions, and how much trust matters. When we sold The Mag to a younger couple ready to take it forward, I shifted my focus full-time into real estate with that same mindset: be honest, stay involved, and do what it takes to deliver results.
I take a hands-on approach to every transaction—whether that means managing a complex sale, advising on market strategy, or coordinating the details that get a deal across the finish line. My clients know I’m reachable, informed, and fully engaged from start to close.
